For order status updates, please email at admin.sydney@divinetouch.srmd.org and input the order details including the order number to view the status. Please do allow us some time to pack and deliver the orders. We really appreciate your support and understanding!
Yes, we will notify you when your order is ready for pick up. Any orders above $100 we offer free local delivery within 50 kms radius from Parramatta (NSW) only. Thank you for making us your favourites and we hope to serve you again!
We apologise for the limited supply currently - please bear with us as we navigate Covid related delays and overwhelming demands. For updates on particular products, you can use one of the options provided on the home page on top right hand corner, "Get in touch with us". In the meantime, savour the remaining handmade snacks made specially for you!
The expiry of the products are printed 3 months to 6 months based on the products. However, most of the products do stay fresh for up to 6 months. We have double checked this with the quality assurance team and are working with them to change the print on the packets! Apologies for any inconvenience and shipping delays due to Covid.
